Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must have never received your order in 30 days of shipping. If you received your delivery, but are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us at theclothbrand1@gmail.com. You’ll just need to return your item/items.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your return item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow a period of up to 3-5 days for us to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
